The Associated Press PHILIPPI, W.Va. - A railroad track in Barbour County where a train derailed has reopened. Appalachian & Ohio Railroad spokeswoman Bonnie Hackbarth says crews reopened the track Saturday following repairs. Eleven of the train's 90 cars derailed Friday. The train was hauling coal.
